One Application per Household


Nutrition Services will start accepting 2012/2013 Meal Applications after July 1, 2012.

RETURNING FAMILIES MUST RE-APPLY EVERY YEAR ONLINE OR IN THE NUTRITION SERVICES OFFICE

The Nutrition Services Department provides healthy meals at all school sites.
Breakfast is also offered at various school sites. 

Our website assists parents and students to easily access Nutrition Services benefits and options such as menus, nutrient analyses, online meal prepayment, online free and reduced meal applications


School Menu Icon: Provides information regarding our monthly menus, healthy living tips, nutrient  breakdown and facts regarding the new meal regulations listed under the Healthy Act 2012.

MySchoolBucks Icon: Allow parents and students the ability to pay online for meals using their student ID number and to set up reoccurring deposits. Our computerized meal service program continues to allow parents to prepay for student meals with cash or check to their cafeteria manager.

Online Meal Application Icon: Allows parents to apply for a free or reduced meal online. This process is typically approved within 10 working days. Based on the number of people residing in your home and if your annual household income ranges from $14,521.00 to $71,947.00, you many qualify for free or reduced price meals.

All Chino Valley students are assigned a permanent student ID number from Kindergarten to 12th grade. This number is also used as the student meal number when purchasing lunch or breakfast.

As per the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulation, Nutrition Services must provide a lunch or breakfast meals available to all enrolled children.
 
USDA does not require Nutrition Services to provide a free meal to a student who does not qualify for the free or reduced meal program, although the State encourages SFAs to provide an alternate meal.
