Welcome to the Wellness Center!
The Wellness Center is here to support the social and emotional needs of students by providing a physical space for students to utilize if needed. Students can practice healthy coping skills using relaxation and mindfulness techniques, and manage their emotions through a variety of resources provided by your intervention counselor, Mr. Davis.
The wellness center serves as a "safe haven" for students experiencing stressful events and is here to benefit students by placing a high value on teaching students how to practice self-care, which can lead to improved academic performance, cultivate healthy relationships with self and others, all the while, decreasing the prevalence of mental health issues.
The Wellness Center is open to students Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm. Students and parents can click HERE to request assistance. I will respond within 24 hours.
