All virtual class sessions will take place via Zoom. A link to the Zoom meeting will be posted in Google Classroom before each class session.
All assignments and assessments will be posted/assigned, submitted, and graded through Google Classroom. Official grades will be posted on the Aeries Portal. A copy of the course syllabus can be found under the "Course Files" section of Google Classroom.
To access classroom resources, log in to your CVUSD Google account using your school email address and password. You can do it from within Classlink, or directly in your browser. This video shows how to switch between your personal and school Google account.

I will try to respond to all student and parent messages within 24 hours on weekdays.

Welcome to AP Computer Science Principles (CSP). This course teaches students to think like a programmer by exposing them to a variety of languages and platforms and is aligned to the College Board AP Computer Science Principles exam. The course focuses around seven big ideas that are fundamental to computer science: creativity, abstraction, data & information, algorithms, programming, the internet, and global impact.
Throughout the course, students will create webpages, write interactive stories, develop Android applications, program simulations, build arduino projects, and much more.
