    Foot Locker Scholar Athletes:

    The Foot Locker Scholar Athletes program honors student-athletes who demonstrate exceptional academic ability and strong leadership skills in sports, in their schools, and within their communities.

    ELIGIBILIGY

    In order to be eligible for the Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program, the applicant must:

    A) Be entering college in the Fall of 2020 as a Freshman at an accredited four-year institution for an undergraduate degree;

    B) Be currently involved in high school sports, intramural sports, or community based sports.

    C) Have a minimum GPA of 3.0;

    D) Be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident (you will be asked to prove citizenship and age if you win);

    E) Not be an employee, officer or director of Foot Locker, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, or a member of the immediate family of such an employee, officer or director.

    Award: $20,000 to 20 scholar athletes

    Jackie Robinson Foundation:

    The Jackie Robinson Foundation provides a multi-faceted experience designed to not only address the financial needs of minority students who aspire to attend college but also to guide them through the process of higher education.  JRF Scholars receive grants of up to $30,000 over four years.

     To be eligible for a Jackie Robinson Foundation Scholarship, an applicant must:

    • Be a graduating high school senior;
    • Plan to attend an accredited and approved four-year institution within the United States;
    • Show leadership potential;
    • Demonstrate a dedication to community service;
    • Present evidence of financial need;
    • Be a United States citizen;
    • Have a minimum SAT score of 1,000 combined on the math and critical reading sections or a composite ACT score of 21;

    Baldy View ROP Foundation Scholarships:

    The Baldy View ROP Foundation raises money all year to offer scholarships and loans to students.  All seniors who have completed an ROP course at any time in high school are eligible to apply!  Scholarship amounts will vary.

    Multilingual Student Essay Competition Scholarship Award:

    Eligibility:

    This essay contest is open to current 12th grade students who are English learners, have previously been identified as an English learner, or are learners of a foreign language and attend a public high school in San Bernardino County.
