• Both the State and Federal Departments of Education still require School Districts to hold IEP meetings as timelines still have to be met.

    Due to the Covid-19 situation, IEPs will be held via phone/video conference. Signatures will be obtained remotely. Please note, the district requires a live/wet signature from parents/guardian/educational rights holder and must maintain the original. This can be done via mail and will be further explained in the IEP meeting.
