    -Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday from 1:50-2:20 PM

    -Tuesday (Minimum Day) from 10:45-11:45 AM

    Class Dojo

    To keep parents informed, our class uses Classdojo. If you're a family member, request to join by sending an email to Gina_Crum@chino.k12.ca.us and you'll be kept up to date on what is going on in our classroom. 





    • All math assignments will be on Google Classroom. 
    • We will use McGraw-Hill ConnectED to access the Language Arts in Wonders.
    • Both Google Classroom and ConnectED can be found by using Classlink.


    For Math

    Step 1  Log on to Classlink. (Use the Classlink tab to the left.)

    Step 2 Find the Google Classroom icon and click on it. I've already entered your password so it should automatically take you to our classroom page. Step 3 Click on the purple area with my name on it. 

    Step 4 Click on CLASSWORK at the top of the page. You should see a list of assignments for math.

    It is important to do the assignments in the order they are listed. 1. Video, 2. Reteach, 3. Practice, 4. Digital Quick Check (which you MUST submit) 5. Enrichment pages will start to be given as optional extra practice starting on April 15th. For Reteach, Practice, and Enrichment, use paper and a pencil to do your work and keep it incase you have questions or want to save it to help study for a test.

    For Language Arts (connectED)

    Step 1  Log on to Classlink (same as step 1 above)

    Step 2 Find McGraw-Hill ConnectED icon and click on it. Again, it should log you in automatically after a few seconds.

    Step 3 Click on the picture of the 2nd grade book. 

    Step 4  Click on the To-Do list (the picture of the piece of paper) to see your assignments. The list of assignments will be on the left side of the screen. 

    Step 5 Choose an assignment to get started. The page/activity will appear on the right of the screen. Click on it, and then on "open this resource". 

    Some assignments will be activities to do, and others will be worksheets to complete.  BEWARE: If you complete a worksheet, be sure to hit the save button before clicking on submit. You can only submit a paper one time. Wait until you see the message that says "Your work has been saved" before you close the window. You will need to close the window, so that you can see the submit button. Once you submit an assignment, there will be a green checkmark next to the assignment in the list. You can then choose another assignment to complete until all the assignments for the day are done.
