• Welcome to Coach Gano's Distance Learning Classroom.  From now until April 3rd we will not have any new assignments. 

    Starting April 6th:

    Periods 1,3,4 Weightraing:

    Please do 50 pushups & 50 sit ups daily.  Add 5 per week.  Keep a journal and turn in before finals week.  You can either write it out and take pictures or type it in a word document, and turn it in by emailing me.  Please walk every day and be safe.  We will all get through this.  Bless all of you.

    Period 5 10-12 PE:

    Please keep active with walking, jogging, if possible.  50 pushups and 50 sit ups per day.  Keep a journal on how you are keeping busy and I want you to go online and write me a 2 page report on the Corona-Virus and its affects on Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, and the Olympic Summer Games.  Two pages each.  This will be your assignments for the remainder of the semester.  Please be safe and do the things that are asked of you.  We will get through this.  Bless you.

    6th Period Football:

    Gentlemen & Lady.  Please stay in shape & keep in shape as much as you can.  It is important that you do what is asked of you by the government.  I don't have any answers for you, but let's pray that this is over soon and we will be back on track.  I will keep you posted and Coaches Roy and Kim will be putting things on Hudl as soon as we can.  Be smart and help keep you and your family safe.  Bless you all, Coach Gano
