    Seniors,

    Please be at your designated graduation ceremony at 5:30pm. Cell phones will not be allowed on the field during the ceremony. All graduates will be searched upon arrival. Gates will open at 5:30 for family members to get in the stadium. Every family member will need a ticket. The number printed on the ticket is also the seat number for graduation. No balloons, posters, or signs will be allowed in the stadium during the ceremony. Graduates may not wear leis during graduation.     Seniors,

    Graduation Practice this Friday May 21st is MANDATORY, attendance will be taken. Seniors should park in the Senior parking lot or be dropped off by the tennis courts for practice. Please check your email for specific directions on the procedures. You will NOT need to wear your graduation robes at practice. Please DO NOT wear heels to practice!! You will be asked to remove them. Bring your Poster Grad Cap to hang on the student parking lot fencing.

     

    Check-In will be the same as Graduation Day. A table will be set up by the RED gate entering the Fire Lane by the Tennis Courts.  Practice will include, where to gather, walk onto the field, sit and enter and exit the stage. It will also include where do they go after the ceremony concludes and a good meeting point with family or friends. You will NOT need to wear your graduation robes at practice. Please DO NOT wear heels to practice!! You will be asked to remove them.

     

    5/21: Graduation practice (4 sessions) Stadium

    ▪ Ceremony One: 8-9am

    ▪ Ceremony Two: 9:30-10:30am

    ▪ Ceremony Three: 11:00-12:00pm

    ▪ Ceremony Four: 12:30pm-1:30pm

     

    What do I need to know about Graduation?

    • Students will go through Security Check point for Graduation.
    • Students will not be allowed to carry cellphones.
    • No Leis can be worn during the ceremony
    • No heels can be worn on the track or AstroTurf. ANY student not in proper shoes will be asked to change shoes or turned away. Wedge shoes are okay to wear.
    • No drinks are allowed. Water will be provided
    • A Note Card will be provided for their name to be written on for the speaker to be read and college or destination to be announced
    • No Balloons, Posters, Banners, Large Blocking Objects, Horns, Whistles, in Stadium Seating Area
    • Do NOT decorate your Jostens cap for graduation! If you come with a decorated cap, you will be given a blank replacement to wear.

    Tomorrow is Senior Breakfast and Yearbook Page Signing. Please remember to bring sharpies, pens and markers to use for your pages. Tastee Food Truck is serving sandwiches in the senior parking lot from 8-11:00am for those seniors that purchased a breakfast ticket. Senior students, as well as parents are responsible for hanging up their Grad Cap Poster they decorated in the parking lot fencing!!  Lets get those posters up for Graduation.

    This Friday, May 14th, is Future college-attending sprit day! Seniors, please wear any kind of T-shirt, sweatshirt or clothing apparel that represents where you will be heading next year, whether that be a University, Community College, Trade School, or Military Branch.  Make sure to get active and participate. We want to be able to recognize you, our amazing seniors for your accomplishments, resilience, and hard work during these historic times!

    Our Student Store has extended the deadline to purchase graduation tickets online through May 14th. Please be sure to order your tickets as soon as possible to ensure your pickup date of May 18th. Graduation day photos can be preordered online, please check the “Senior” tab on the Ayala website for the order form. Senior Breakfast tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online for $5.00 at the student webstore. The Senior May calendar has also been posted on the website.     We’re all in this together, join us this Friday night April 23rd for our Senior Sunset Movie Drive-In featuring High School Musical 3 Senior Year. Seniors please be prepared to show your student IDs at the goodie stations to pick up your treats! Parking for this event will be held in the staff parking lot. Event begins at 6:30pm.

    Please PARK in the STUDENT LOTS and walk through the RED GATES between the tennis courts and the H portables. Students will walk through the GYM foyer to have their temperatures checked.                                                                                 All COVID protocols must be followed. This event is for students only.

    The Chino Valley Unified School District is now accepting bus applications for the 2020-2021 school year. Due to COVID 19, ALL students must have a current bus pass prior to boarding the bus, NO EXCEPTIONS. CVUSD needs to have an accurate count of all students who will be utilizing transportation. Bus passes will be $25 for the remainder of the academic school year, and this fee can be paid through myschoolbucks.com. Once the fee is paid, the bus pass office will contact you to determine a pick-up time for your bus pass.

    If you have not turned in the attached Health History forms to the Ayala Health office, please do so asap.  This form is required to keep our health records updated. Please print and bring to the Ayala front office entrance between the hours of 9am-12pm starting March 12th.  Please wear a face mask & practice social distancing. 

    If you are unable to drop it off on the scheduled dates and time, please refer to the Ayala Health Office website for further information.

    Seniors, please be sure to check your name and the spelling of your name on the Diploma Name List. The list can be found on the Ayala website. Once you are on the Ayala website, click on students, and then click on Seniors. Please check to make sure your name is spelled correctly, as this is how it will be printed on your diploma. If any changes need to be made, please download the Name Change Form from the website and email it back with all corrections made. Be sure to check the website regularly for updates. Please submit by Monday February 15th.  Thank you.
