2025-2026 Kinder Registration

Welcome to the 2025-2026 School Year at Rhodes Elementary.

 **Please note, Rhodes is closed to students outside the Rhodes Boundary. Please check here for your school boundaries.

Kinder students must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025. 

 

 Open Enrollment for kindergarten and grades 1st-6th starts on January 21, 2025.

 Registration documents needed to complete in-office registration:

  1. Please bring a printout of your completed online enrollment.
  2. Immunization Records https://www.chino.k12.ca.us/page/1015
  3. Proof of age - We accept birth certificates, baptismal certificates, and passports.
  4.  Two Proofs of Residency—We only accept utility bills (gas, water, electricity), rental agreements, and property tax statements. The documentation must be in the parent's/guardian's name. If you live with the owner, the homeowner must be present with photo identification at your appointment.

 

 * Your registration is incomplete until all documents have been accepted at the school site during your registration appointment.
