(Please note, students already attending Levi Dickey DO NOT need to be registered every year. They automatically "roll over" into the next grade).
Registration for all New Kinder Eagles begins Wednesday, January 15th, and is on-going thereafter.
Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025 to be eligible.
Levi Dickey now also offers Transitional Kindergarten (TK). Eligible students must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2025.
The registration process for TK is slightly different.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
The first step of enrollment is done on-line. Please refer to the information below.

Before you begin to fill out the online form using the link below, please read these detailed instructions.
When completed, print off the on-line registration form, sign and date it, and bring it to the school office, together with the documents listed below.
Only parents and/or legal guardians can register their child and must show ID when doing so.
The following documents are required to complete the registration:
* Printed off and signed on-line registration form
* Proof of Age (Birth certificate, Baptism certificate)
* Child's Shot Records
* Recent Utility Bill (Gas, electric, or water bill) in parent's
name and service address
If you are living with a family member or are just renting a room, the following is required for registration:
* Proof of Age (Birth certificate, Baptism certificate)
* Child's Shot Records
* Recent Utility Bill (Gas, electric, or water bill) in
homeowner's or landlord's name
* Rental agreement
* A "Bill of Importance", such as a car note or bank statement in parent's name, at landlord's address
* The homeowner/ landlord must come in and show ID
* Residence verification form, to be completed by both; parent and landlord.

The following immunizations are required for entering a California Public School:
1. Polio (4 doses)
2. DTP- Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis (5 doses)
3. MMR- Mumps, Measles, Rubella (2 doses)
4. Hepatitis B (3 doses)
5. Varicella (2 doses)

Registration is not complete until all documents are in order and you have been informed by office personnel that all requirements have been met.
