Online Registration Now Available

CVUSD Students Promoting to Townsend JHS Registration Information 

If your student is promoting (or transferring) to Townsend JHS from within CVUSD, please present the following information to the Townsend office by Thursday, 4/14.  Our office staff is available to assist you daily from 7:00-3:30. Should you have additional questions, please contact our school office at 909-591-2161 or email our Counselling Assistant/Registrar at laurie_chico@chino.k12.ca.us

2. One original current proof of residency (within the last 30 days).  Rental/lease agreement, pay stub, tax return, property tax bill, or an electric, gas, or water bill are acceptable. 

Your student's registration will not be complete until the above items have been processed.

Once online registration has been completed, you must visit our office to complete the registration process by providing the following information.  Our office staff is available to assist you daily from 7:00-3:30. 

1.  Proof of age (Certified Birth Certificate or Passport) 
2. Complete immunization record with all requirements for K-12 admission, including but not limited to T-dap (whooping cough) vaccine given after the age of 7 years, and 2 varicella (chicken pox) vaccinations.  Immunization records must be in English.  **Please bring the originals and we will make copies here.
