Digital ID Help!

Hey Conquistadores! Having trouble with the student digital id?  Here are some pointers that may help:

 

  1. If Aeries information was incomplete from a couple weeks ago, the digital id information would be incomplete. That means if the cell phone number was incorrect, or there was a home number used, it may not have gone through.
  2. Check the spam email. The filter may have sent it out of the inbox.
  3. Browsers- some browsers even on the phone may not allow pop ups and may flag a site that is not visited frequently. Older phones may have different security requirements.
  4. Still not working?
