16th Annual Tournament (2025)
16th Annual Julie Gobin Memorial Hit the Greens for Scholarships Golf Tournament
A MESSAGE FROM SUPERINTENDENT ENFIELD, ED.d.
Dear Chino Valley USD Supporters,
I am excited to share that the Chino Valley Unified School District is once again partnering with School Portraits by Adams Photography for another year of supporting our exceptional young scholars as they move forward to pursue their post-secondary aspirations. Since its inception more than 160 years ago, the Chino Valley Unified School District has committed itself to providing every CVUSD student a rigorous, 21st century education. However, that commitment doesn’t end when a student graduates. CVUSD strives to support its students even after they leave its campuses and pursue higher education efforts.
This is where we would like to invite you to join our cause and support tomorrow’s world leaders! The age-old adage, “It takes a village,” rings with truth throughout the Chino Valley and the collaborative community partnerships that support the best interest of our students have been and continue to be essential in providing graduating seniors an exceptional opportunity to flourish and succeed. Through your support, CVUSD students can continue to create a better tomorrow for themselves and the community that has invested in their triumphs.
I’d like to encourage you to support CVUSD students and their higher education pursuits by sponsoring the 16th Annual Julie Gobin Memorial “Hit the Greens for Scholarships” Golf Tournament. Not only will your generous contribution provide scholarships to graduating seniors continuing their education at a college, university, or technical trade school, but you’ll get to enjoy a relaxing day of golf where you meet other exceptional participants invested in supporting CVUSD students. This year’s event will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025, at the Los Serranos Country Club in Chino Hills.
Your generous support provides our students with indispensable resources and tools they need to be successful after graduation. Each contributing sponsorship eases the financial burden of a post-secondary education with all proceeds being gifted to successful scholarship applicants. To date, this scholarship event has raised nearly $400,000 to help our seniors attend a college, university, or technical trade school.
Not only will you enjoy the rewarding gift of knowing you are positively influencing the future of our youth, but your sponsorship will earn your company advertising opportunities appropriately placed throughout the golf course. Sponsorship information and price levels are attached, and all donations are tax deductible. For your convenience, the Chino Valley Unified School District tax ID number is 95-6000586.
Any support you can provide is a worthwhile investment in our students’ future and greatly appreciated. Please contact the CVUSD Communications Office at (909) 628-1202 ext. 1616 with any questions or inquiries.
With humble appreciation,
Norm Enfield, Ed.D.
