Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents and guardians to review, update, and confirm essential student and family information. This process helps to ensure the school district and each school site has accurate and current details for each enrolled Chino Valley USD student. To complete the Data Confirmation process, parents/guardians MUST be logged into their Aeries Parent Portal account.
Please reach out to your school site if you receive a message that asks you to list your student’s student ID and verification code. Your email and portal access will need to be added to the contact record for your student.
If a window asking for a verification code appears, please reach out to your student’s school site. Verify that your portal access in Aeries is set to YES.
You may receive an error message if your email could be matched to your student.
