Social Media

The Chino Valley Unified School District’s use of its official social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formally Twitter) are meant to further the mission and vision of the District. Social media profiles are used to communicate information concerning CVUSD’s and its schools, including school-sponsored events, programs, student and staff achievements and recognitions, and other district/school-related matters and topics.

Guidelines for the use and administration of official district social media platforms are set forth in Board Policy/Administrative Regulation 1114 (District-Sponsored Social Media).  The District’s social media profiles are regularly monitored to ensure that their use is limited to the purposes and goals outlined in BP/AR 1114 and organized in a manner that enhances navigation. Therefore, when there is an opportunity to comment on a District post, the District reserves the right to hide or delete posts that do not adhere to BP/AR 1114.

Should you have questions or concerns about a CVUSD social media profile, please direct your inquiry via email to the Director of Communications.
