And with more than 1,000 school districts across the state of California serving millions of tomorrow’s young leaders, delivering high-quality instruction built upon a strong foundation that encourages student achievement is a significant priority for CVUSD leadership and staff.
In a recent rankings and performance analysis conducted by Money, Inc., assessors surveyed measurable factors to evaluate our state’s school districts. Factors included standardized test schools in mathematics and reading, graduation rates, teacher qualifications, and overall academic achievement. After the academic data and student achievement metrics had been evaluated, the Chino Valley Unified School District ranked #21!
Money, Inc.’s evaluation concluded that the CVUSD ranks in the top 20% of California school districts for academic performance with an average testing ranking of 9 out of 10. The report also highlighted district achievements such as being voted the region’s favorite school district for two consecutive years by Inland Valley residents, reflecting the community's satisfaction with the District’s educational services.
These recognitions are not possible without the collaborative support and dedication of CVUSD leadership and staff. Administrators, teachers, specialists, and campus personnel continually work together to evaluate and execute effective strategies that allow students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
