Our program mission is to support and promote the District's commitment to student success by providing access to vital, comprehensive, and quality early childhood education programs and services that reflect and address our community's needs.  To fulfill our mission, program staff is dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families by providing quality care and education that enhances the child's growth and development, maintaining a safe and positive environment that promotes critical and independent thinking, creativity, and respectful relationships; and by strengthening parenting skills through relationship building, parent involvement, and education.

The subsidized childcare and development programs are operated by the Chino Valley Unified School District Office of Expanded Learning – Child Development under the authority of the California Department of Education.  Our programs are regulated by the California Education Code (CDE), Title 5, and California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22.
