How We Support You

The Printing and Graphics site operates as a full-service, in-house printing facility for all CVUSD staff. Whether you need instructional materials, programs, or brochures, this department ensures high-quality results for a wide range of printing needs.

Staff has access to multiple ordering sites, allowing them to choose the option that best suits their project requirements. Explore the tools below to learn more about each site’s features and services.

  • Services 

Items offered

CVUSD Quick Copy:

  • Print-ready instructional materials
  • For use by teachers
  • Black & White printing ONLY
  • Paper options: 20lb bond in White, Blue, Yellow, Green, or Pink
  • Binding options: Single or Dual stapling
  • No comments or special instructions

CVUSD PGMS:

  • Black & White or Color printing available 
  • Paper options include bond, cardstock, NCR, and many more
    • NOTE: Max paper size is 13” x 19”. Larger orders may be placed through the Media Center.
  • Binding options include perfect bind, stapling, coiling, combs, taping, and 3-ring binding 
  • Finishing options include lamination, cutting, folding, drilling, padding, and many more
  • Special instructions available for other details being added to order

Yearbooks

The Printing, Graphics, and Mail Services department will be providing yearbook printing for elementary and junior high schools. If you are interested in having us provide your yearbook printing and/or are in need of further information, please contact the Printing, Graphics, and Mails Services Department by email or phone, ext. 1280. The yearbook software to be distributed for use in configuring yearbooks will be MementoPix. You may click on the link above for an overview.
