  • Chino area state preschool programs seeking enrollment

San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools has openings at its nine state preschool sites in the Chino Valley Unified School District.

Enrollment is now being accepted for the state-funded programs that meet in three-hour morning and afternoon sessions from Monday to Friday during the week.

The state preschool programs are for low-income families who meet eligibility requirements.

The available sites for the state preschool programs are at Borba (two sites), Chaparral, Cortez, Dickson, Dickey, Marshall, and Newman elementary schools; and on the Chino Valley Adult School campus in Chino.

First priority for enrollment is given to 3- and 4-year-olds referrals of Child Protective Services, regardless of income; children who turned 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2017; and second priority for 3-year-olds on or before Sept. 1, 2017.
