    If you are the parent/guardian of a student(s) you would like to enroll for the first time at CVUSD, you can now do most of the enrollment online! Check with the school site you are interested in to determine the rest of the paperwork necessary for enrollment but most of it can occur online. Click through for the enrollment link. If you are the parent/guardian of a current student at CVUSD, please confirm your information on Aeries Parent Portal as soon as possible in order to enroll them online for the next school year.   • CVUSD Schools Shine at County PBIS Award Ceremony

    Twenty-six CVUSD schools have been recognized as PBIS Schools, earning themselves either a bronze, silver, or gold medal from the CA PBIS Coalition for their implementation of positive behavior interventions and supports at their campuses during the 2018-2019 school year! On November 14th these amazing school teams were recognized at the SBCSS PBIS Showcase. Congratulations and thank you for continuously remaining dedicated to student achievement!

  • Land of the Free, Because of the Brave. Thank you Veterans!

    Students and staff came together in celebration to honor family, friends, and community members who have served in our armed forces. Many schools hosted assemblies, provided breakfast, and wrote letters of thanks to show appreciation for the service our brave veterans gave our country. Thank you Veterans for all that you do and all you have done!

  • Students Celebrate World Kindness Day Across the District

    From Kindergarten to high school seniors, students across the district celebrated World Kindness Day with encouraging words of positivity, enthusiastic smiles, and friendly gestures of compassion. World Kindness day also marked the launch of CVUSD's Kindness campaign. Developed by the Superintendent's Advisory Council, students and school administrators will host events throughout the year that promote a positive school climate.

  • California Healthy Kids Survey Now Available
    Are you a parent of a student in 5th, 7th, 9th, or 11th grade? The California Healthy Kids Survey is now available for you to complete! This survey assists with identifying problems students face that may pose as barriers to learning. Data gathered also assesses student health and behavior risks while allowing for student feedback on school supports that research has identified as promoting school success.   • Now Accepting Nominations for the CVUSD Richard Gird Educational Hall of Fame
    Do you know a CVUSD alumni, employee, or volunteer that exhibits exceptional CVUSD spirit through their individual contributions in scholarship, athletics, ASB activities, career or community service? The nomination period for the CVUSD Richard Gird Educational Hall of Fame is now open through January 31, 2020.   • Suicide Prevention Awareness Materials Available for Reference
    September may have been National Suicide Awareness Month, but protecting our youth is a year-long focus. As of 2017, suicide is the second leading cause of death for people ages 10-34 in the US.
