Welcome to the Special Education Department!
Chino Valley Unified School District Special Education Department's role is to ensure that the unique needs of students with disabilities are met through designated services, supports, programs, and/or specialized placements. Special education services are provided to students eligible under state/federal guidelines at no cost to families. The core purpose of special education is to provide specially designed instruction and intervention in order for students with a disability to access their education in the least restrictive environment.
Full Inclusion Preschool
For the 2017-2018 School Year, the Preschool Readiness Educational Partnership (PREP) will be operating at both Marshall and Glenmeade Elementary Schools. The program caters to both preschoolers with special needs and typically developing peers. Currently PREP has openings for preschoolers for both the three-hour AM and PM program with the option of attending from two to four days a week.
