Peachjar Digital Flyers / Peachjar Digital Flyers

As described in Board Policy 1325 (a), Chino Valley Unified School District ("District") desires to promote a positive relationship between the District, its schools, and the community in order to enhance community support and involvement with CVUSD students and their families.

As part of the District's effort to foster a collaborative affiliation with internal and external groups, the District has partnered with Peachjar, a digital flyer management solutions system, to distribute digital flyers directly to parents and guardians. Not only does Peachjar's digital platform assist with preserving natural and monetary resources, embracing innovative technology, and reducing staff time, but it provides important information to the CVUSD community regarding upcoming activities and events, beneficial services, and educational opportunities that support the District's mission and directly enhances student's lives.

Use of the District flyer distribution system shall be under the supervision and control of the Superintendent or designee(s). Approval for all flyer distribution requests will be at the discretion of the Superintendent or designee(s) and the District reserves the right to deny any request that does not adhere to Board guidelines, support the basic educational mission of the District, directly benefit CVUSD students, or is not of intrinsic value to CVUSD students or their parents/guardians.
