• PEACHJAR
    Enrichment/Community Organizations

  • Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends approved flyers directly to parents' email box and posts them online on school websites. Flyers will no longer be distributed. With Peachjar, parents can easily find and view your approved flyers, and take immediate action to sign up for activities and events by using programmable call to action buttons!

    HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN PEACHJAR

Community organizations seeking to connect with CVUSD students and distribute digital flyers using Peachjar are invited to create a Peachjar account for submission! Creating a new account is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

    STEP 1: REGISTER
Community organizations must register online with PEACHJAR to upload flyers for distribution to CVUSD schools. Community representatives can visit www.peachjar.com to register as an Enrichment/Community Organization.

    STEP 2: UPLOAD FLYER
Following PEACHJAR’s uploading instructions, upload the flyer for review.

    STEP 3: WAIT FOR APPROVAL
After uploading the flyer, it will be routed to the CVUSD Communications Department for approval. Flyers are approved according to BP 1325.

Once approved (always on a WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON), families will be notified by email that newly approved flyers are waiting for them to view. Approved flyers will be posted to the digital flyerboard.

    APPROVAL PROCESS

    • Submitted flyers are reviewed weekly on Wednesday. If approved, submitted flyers will be published to the digital flyerboard at 3 p.m. on Thursday. Please take this schedule into account when submitting a flyer for consideration.

    • Once submitted and paid for, the flyer will be routed to the CVUSD Communications Department for approval. The submitting Enrichment/Community organization will receive an email confirming whether or not the flyer has been approved or denied. Status can be reviewed in the “Reporting” section of your account under “Pending School District’s Approval.”
    • Each approved flyer will remain on the flyerboard for 30 days.

    • If an organization would like to have their flyer distributed more than once or longer than 30 days, please submit an individual request per each 30 day segment. Submissions that do not follow this guideline will not receive approval and will be sent back to the requestor for revision.

    • For questions regarding the uploading process or program pricing, please contact PEACHJAR at support@peachjar.com.
      • Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Organizations may qualify for a “Free Community Flyer Post” if the service/program offered is free of charge and children are the direct beneficiary. Reach out to support@peachjar.com to apply.
