ANNOUNCEMENT: HOPE Center during COVID-19 school closures
The HOPE Family Resource Center is committed to continuing to serve all CVUSD families with resources and support during this difficult time. Case managers will be available by telecommunication (phone, email, conference call) to assist with Medi-Cal & Cal Fresh applications, food bank referrals, up-to-date district information and more. Please call the Center’s main number at 909.628.1201, Ext. 8960 as staff will be checking messages daily.
The HOPE Project brings several programs together to support our community's families and students regardless of household income, age, and legal status. HOPE provides support services for:
- CVUSD families with students K-12
- Students and families experiencing homelessness or in transition
- Families with children ages 0-5
ALL District students and families can be helped with the following services/referrals:
- Cal-Fresh/Cal Works, Medi-Cal/Covered CA application assistance
- Food and clothing
- Child care information/referrals
- Parent education
- Preschool referrals and more!
