The HOPE Program is committed to serving all students and families of Chino Valley Unified School District by providing support and connections to community resources.

  • Bilingual Case managers are available by telecommunication (phone, email, conference call) and/or in person to assist with Medi-Cal & Cal Fresh applications, food bank referrals, up-to-date district information and more. Please call the Center’s main number at 909.628.1201, Ext. 8960 for more information or leave your contact info as staff will be checking messages daily.

    The HOPE Program brings several programs together to support our community's families and students regardless of household income, age, and legal status. HOPE provides support services for:

    • CVUSD families with students K-12
    • Students and families experiencing homelessness or in transition
    • Families with children ages 0-5

    ALL District students and families can be helped with the following services/referrals:

    • Cal-Fresh/Cal Works, Medi-Cal/Covered CA application assistance
    • Food and clothing
    • Child care information/referrals
    • Counseling
    • Parent education
    • Preschool referrals and more!
