    • HOW CAN STUDENTS ANSWER KAMI ASSIGNMENTS IN GOOGLE CLASSROOM?

      The screencast will walk you through how to respond to a Google Classroom assignment that expects a Kami annotation response. ** All students and teachers in our district now have the Kami Chrome extension in their accounts.     • HOW CAN STUDENTS USE KAMI TO ANNOTATE (WRITE ON) WORKSHEETS AND PDFS?

      Students grades TK-12 will need to write, draw, or type on PDFs. To do this OUTSIDE OF GOOGLE CLASSROOM watch the screencast. 

       

       
       
    • HOW CAN STUDENTS SET UP KAMI?

      Since the upgrade, the Kami Chrome browser extension has also been added to Student accounts. To activate, follow these quick instructions to log students into their Kami accounts. Of course, be sure to use the district username and password! 

       

      IF you are using a personal computer, you will need to install the Kami extension.  Click here for link to install

       
       
    • Turn in a Picture for an assignment on Google Classroom

      If student completed an assignement in paper/pencil format and want to turn it in as a picture in google classroom assignemnt. 

       *Make sure your assignment is complete on paper before you are ready to turn it in!

      Text version of the directions:

      1. In the “Your Work” section, click on “Add or Create”
      2. Create a new Google Slides file
      3. Optional: delete the text boxes
      4. Click on the Insert menu, then Image, then Camera.
      5. Take a picture that you are satisfied with and insert it
      6. Optional: crop and/or resize image so it fits nicely on the slide
      7. Make sure your work is saved
      8. Click on Turn In
