Mrs. Zaldivar

I am very excited about starting this new year and getting to know all of you! I have been lucky enough to have been teaching for many years, and I love it!   This year I will be focusing my talents on English Language Arts for 6th grade.  I have been teaching for many  years and every year I love it a little bit more. I graduated from UC Riverside and earned my Master's degree in Math Curriculum and Instruction from UNLV. I love to be outdoors playing and watching sports, hiking, or reading a book at the beach.  I enjoy traveling and have lived in Scotland and New York City.  I love to try new restaurants and enjoy spending time with my husband and four kids.  I believe communication, problem solving and hard work are essential to a successful learning environment.

Parents will be receiving email invitations to join my ClassDojo and to become guardians of your student's Google Classroom. These emails will be sent to the email address that is on file in Aeries. Please be sure to connect to ClassDojo as I will begin sending information during the first week of school.
