We are pleased to announce the CVUSD Wellness Assistance Line supported by Health Services through the MTSS B Program!  The phone line is staffed Monday through Friday (excluding school holidays) from 8:00am - 3:00pm. The phone number is: (909) 703-6130

The CVUSD Wellness Assistance Line serves students and families within the Chino Valley Unified School District with the following: 

Supports that families may receive through this phone line:

• Screening to determine the student/family needs
• Provide referrals and resources related to the support of the social, emotional, and overall well-being of the student
• Referrals to appropriate CVUSD departments following the District Customer Service Policy
• Provide referrals to outside agency to support student needs

This phone line is not a counseling or therapeutic support line.
