- MTSS-B (Multi-Tiered System of Support for Behavior) Program is a behavior intervention program that seeks to prevent student misbehavior by providing direct intervention through a Positive Intervention and Support Framework (PBIS). As the Intervention Counselor, I support the school-wide expectations (Be Respectful, Be Responsible, Be Safe) by facilitating individual/small group counseling sessions for students. This intervention fosters a student's healthy outlook toward academics, their social skills development, and emotional regulation.
