Welcome! I would like to give my warmest greetings to all students here. I've been leading this school since 2014 and love supporting our students, teachers, and staff on campus. I enjoy meeting new students and learning how to say hello in different languages.
We have many programs here to help you achieve your goals. Citizenship, High School Diploma (HSD)/General Education Development (GED), and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes are available if you are interested. Instructional aides who speak Spanish, Chinese, and Korean languages help teachers regularly in our ESL classes. Come visit and sign up to learn with us today!

Hello! I grew up on the East Coast and settled in California in 1984. The culture of the West Coast is so different that I can empathize to some degree with the immigrant experience. I have four children and 10 grandchildren. This helps me understand the needs of students who are parents and grandparents.
Over the years, I sometimes worked as many as four jobs at the same time. Because of this, I appreciate the challenges our working students encounter.
I started in the Chino Valley Unified School District in 1994 as a substitute teacher. When I substitute taught for Chino Valley Adult School (CVAS) in 1996, I knew this was where I wanted to spend my career.
I taught English as a Second Language (ESL) for 24 years. In addition to my day job at CVAS, I also worked evenings at Corona-Norco and Chaffey Adult Schools for nine years. In 2001, I became the ESL Coordinator at CVAS. I was promoted to Assistant Principal in 2020.
My passion is adult education. I admire our students who work so hard to achieve their goals. They bring energy and variety to our community.
I look forward to supporting our students to make their time in school meaningful and empowering.
