Activity Log

Attached is the activity log for adapted PE.  Please aim for two times a week for 30 minutes each time.  The activities do not need to be 30 minutes straight, as they can be broken up throughout the day.  Please fill out and e-mail back to:  tommy_strahan@chino.k12.ca.us
