Greetings and Welcome to 2021-2022 School year! 

This will be my 18th year in the teaching profession all at Dickson Elementary- this is "my home away from home!" I have taught 4th - 6th grade. Mr. Baeza

I reside in Ontario with my wife, three children, our elderly dogs, and a curious cat.

My hobbies are reading, walking, and home improvements.

This year is going to be challenging, yet we will get through it together!

I truly believe that with a "tough" and "griddy" mindset and "persevering" attitude, we can get through any challenge and we will become better people for it!

I'm excited to see all of you grow and mature this year as we begin this journey together! 

And remember, let's laugh and enjoy each other along the way!
