Food Services wanted to let you know that MEAL APPLICATIONS for 2016-2017 will be available on or after JULY 1, 2016. All parents are encouraged to fill out an application for their child/children.Only ONE application per household is needed, even if their children attend more than one school in Chino Valley USD.
· Online meal applications will be available at the district website on July 1, 2016
· Meal applications will also be available at each school site and the district office in the Nutrition Services department (building #5)
· One application per household will be mailed to all students in Chino Valley USD
Any applications submitted for 2015-2016 will expire 30 days after the start of the new school year.
Parents registering their child for kindergarten in the upcoming school year, will need to fill out the meal application after July 1, 2016 to be eligible for meals in the 2016-2017 school year.
