• Multi-Tiered System of Support for Behavior (MTSS-B) Program

The Multi-Tiered System of Support for Behavior (MTSS-B) Program is a behavior intervention program that seeks to prevent student misbehavior by providing direct intervention through a Positive Interventions and Supports (PBIS) Framework.

In order to support students, families, and school staff, through the current school closures, the MTSS-B Behavior Intervention Counselors have developed Guidance Lessons that teachers and families may use to enhance the distance learning and support of CVUSD students’ socioemotional wellbeing. Please refer to the instructions below in order to access the lessons. Make sure to also navigate to the Second Step page to get additional resources in supporting your student and family in their socioemotional development.

      Please be advised:

      • For students to access the videos, students must be logged-in to their Microsoft 365 accounts. Please contact your student’s teacher if your student needs access to an account.
