At Rolling Ridge Elementary, it is important that we have clearly defined expectations regarding behavior and discipline. 

The first document below goes into detail about behaviors at school and what behaviors are classified as "Teacher Managed Behaviors" and which are "Office Managed Behaviors".  As part of our Tier 1 PBIS strategies, Teacher Managed Behaviors can be addressed in the classroom by reteaching students the expectations here at Rolling Ridge and helping support the student with a positive approach to promote growth and understanding.

The second document is Rolling Ridge's process that is followed school wide for addressing repeated behaviors that do not follow The Rolling Ridge Way.
