The San Bernardino County Library has over 30 locations in the county, including the Chino Branch Library near the adult school and James Thalman Chino Hills Library).

If you bring your digital library card (with the temporary number) to any of the San Bernardino County libraries, then you can upgrade your digital library card to a real, physical library card.
