- Choose the Friendly Letter format
- Click on the blue link right below the displayed Word Document to download the file to your device.
- Open the Word Document on your device
- Edit the document by directly typing inside the document
- Replace/delete the directional information inside the brackets -> [____] and type in your writing
- Before you leave today - DO NOT PRINT. DO NOT CLOSE YOUR DOCUMENT & KEEP YOUR COMPUTER OPEN (not signed out, not shut down).
- Save your draft document by 11:15 a.m.
- Rename the file to YOUR NAME (First and Last name, Bondoc)
- Save the file to your device - your computer (write down what computer number you sat in today) OR a USB flash drive.
- DO NOT SHUT DOWN the computer before you leave *IF I need to save your document onto my USB flash drive.*
- Choose the Friendly Letter format
