    Assignments

     

    • Work will be assigned and submitted through Google Classroom, ConnectED Wonders (ELA), and  Savvas (Math - formerly Pearson EasyBridge).

    •  Daily assignments will be given.  Should students not complete work during the time given on Google Meets, they will be expected to finish the work after live online sessions.
    • All work must be completed and submitted by the posted due date on the assignment.

    • Although our schedule for live Meets is light on Wednesday minimum days, work will be assigned on that day for students to complete outside of teacher presence.

    *All work must be completed by the student with only clarifying questions allowed. Academic dishonesty (cheating, copying, etc.) will result in consequences consistent with district guidelines. (Please see the Parent and Student Handbook for more information.)

    Assessments

     

    • Assessments must be completed and submitted by the posted due dates for students to receive a score for their work

    • Assessments will take place on Savvas Math, ConnectED Wonders ELA, and Google Classroom.

    Feedback/Grades

     

    • Work completed and submitted on Google Classroom will be assessed by the teacher and the teacher will leave comments and scoring information. 

    • Parents will be invited to be a guardian in Google Classroom. As a guardian, parents can receive a weekly summary of their student's assignments. Please look for an email to the address on file in Aeries.
    • Students and parents can view grades and missing assignments in Google Classroom.
    • Parents will be encouraged to sign on to their Aeries Parent Portal Account to view announcements.

    • Teachers may also be emailing individually to communicate with parents regarding student progress.
