Green colored homework agendas are provided for students to use to note class-based assignments. Parents should use the contents of the agenda to check daily classwork. The agenda is posted on the white board in the room, I go over each entry and students are to transpose the contents into their books. This is completed at the end of the school day, each day, as part of our 20 minute closing routine. All four rows of the daily entry will have contents each day!
Please support our efforts by rewarding your child if they show you the agenda and associated classwork daily. I direct them to put loose assignments behind the appropriate tab in their three-ring binder. As for students who are not using the alloted time to complete their agenda? Please consider emposing a daily sanction (loss of privilege) and try again the next day.
