Attached is the Device Protection Plan form for your review in English, Spanish and Mandarin.  The deadline to purchase the optional plan is August 31, 2024.  Parents can either purchase the Device Protection Plan through my School Bucks (which is recommended) or they can complete the form and return it with $40 cash or check to the school site.  The site can either make copies of the flyers or order them through the Print Center.  As a reminder, if a student does not enroll in the Plan, then the cost is $50 per incident.
