Track Selection Process for 2024-2025

Existing CVUSD families can look in the Aeries Parent Portal to see their assigned track for the 2024-2025 school year.

The Track Selection Lottery was held on February 29th at 9:00 am.  Attendance was not required at the lottery.

In preparation for the 2024-2025 school year, each student assigned to Legacy Academy for 1^st to 6^th grade was provided with a Track Selection Card.  The card must be completed for every current Cal Aero student in grades K-5 who falls within the attendance boundaries for Legacy Academy in the 2024-2025 school year.  Parents will have the opportunity to list their 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd choices for track placement (A, B, C, D) on the card before submitting it. Cards must be returned to Mrs. Chase in the Cal Aero Office no later than February 9, 2024, to be included in the lottery selection process. Registrations that occur after the card return date will not be included in the lottery.  Any student who is not on the lottery list will be placed on an open track following the placement of all students on the list.
