Mrs. Adrienne Chase, Principal

  • Legacy Academy Community,

Opening a school has always been a dream of mine, so I am very excited about my new role as the Principal of Legacy Academy.  Although our school does not open until the 2024-2025 school year, you will be able to find me working at the Cal Aero Preserve Academy site for now.  My plan this year is to get to know the Legacy Academy students and community while working through the vast list of tasks required when opening a school.  Behind the scenes, I am working on developing a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility that will benefit K-8 students living within The Preserve at Chino area as the District continues to support the growth of The Preserve community.

This is my 23rd year in education and my 7th year as a school site administrator.  However, my history with the Chino Valley Unified School District dates back to my kindergarten year.  I attended kindergarten through 12th grade in CVUSD, culminating as a proud graduate of Chino High School.  I continued my education by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Chapman University, and a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University, Irvine.  I have worked in both elementary and secondary settings throughout my career.  I returned to CVUSD as a math teacher at Cal Aero Preserve Academy in 2014 before starting my journey in administration in 2017.  It has been a great honor for me to be able to serve in the community and district that had such a great impact on my own education!

    Sincerely,

    Adrienne Chase
