Mrs. Jami DeVoe, Assistant Principal (K-4)

Mrs. DeVoe follows the year-round school calendar.  She is on campus from July 1st to June 30th, except during her "off-track" time and school holidays.

Legacy Academy Community,

I am proud and excited about the opportunity to be an Assistant Principal at Legacy Academy for the 2024-2025 school year. This year marks my 14th year in education, as a teacher for four years at a private school and six years at Glenmeade, and my 3 years as an administrator.

Personally, I grew up in Chino Hills and graduated from Ayala High School. I continued my education by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from San Jose State University, Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Master’s Degree in Education from Azusa Pacific University. After a few years of teaching in Orange County, I was able to return to CVUSD in 2013, and it has been a huge privilege to give back to the district and community that has made a positive impact on my life and education.

I am looking forward to working alongside Mrs. Chase for the 2024-2025 school year to ensure all our students are best prepared for their future and continue to be fantastic citizens.
