Hello, Cortez Cougar Family! 

My name is Ms. Esposito, and I am your MTSS-B Intervention Counselor! My priority is to help you feel safe on campus and provide you with the tools you need to become a successful individual. Let's work together to learn how to manage our emotions and express our feelings in a healthy way. I am here for you! 

Our CVUSD MTSS-B Intervention Counseling program is dedicated to the social and emotional growth and well-being of all students through the delivery of data-driven, school-based behavioral interventions and supports that encourage the development of motivated, self-confident, and lifelong learners. Here are some supports I provide at school: 

• Classroom guidance lessons
• School-wide activities
• Small group counseling (skills-based)
• Individualized, short-term counseling (skills-based) 
• Community referrals
