• CVUSD Wellness Assistance Line 

      The CVUSD Wellness Assistance Line serves students and families within the Chino Valley Unified School District with screening for assistance, referrals, and resources relating to social, emotional, and the overall well-being of students. This phone line is not a therapeutic support line. Please call 911 if you are currently experiencing a crisis or need immediate assistance. 

       

      The phone line is staffed Monday through Friday (excluding school holidays) from 8:00am - 3:00pm.

      Supports that you may receive through this phone line:

      • Screening to determine the student/family needs
      • Provide referrals and resources related to the support of the social, emotional, and overall well-being of the student
      • Referrals to appropriate CVUSD departments following the District Customer Service Policy
      • Provide referrals to outside agency to support student needs
