Dear Parents and Guardians, I hope this letter finds you well. At Glenmeade Elementary, we are committed to providing the best possible educational experience for all our students. To support this mission, I am excited that our Special Day Class focuses on enhancing reading and/or math skills for elementary students. Through targeted instruction and small group activities, I aim to help students strengthen their skills and build confidence.

 ● Assessment: Students will be assessed to identify specific areas where they may need additional support.

● Tailored Instruction: Based on assessment results, students will receive targeted instruction in a small group setting.

● Progress Monitoring: I will regularly monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effectiveness. What Can You Do? Your involvement is crucial! Here are a few ways you can support your child: Encourage daily reading and math practice at home. Communicate with teachers about your child’s progress and any concerns you may have.  Attend parent-teacher conferences and workshops to learn more about how you can help. I believe that with the right support, every student can thrive.
