• We are so excited to have your incoming student for the 2025-2026 school year! Registration is ONLY for students who are in the boundaries of Hidden Trails and assigned to our school.

    If you want your student to transfer to Hidden Trails, meaning that our school site is not your assigned school, you must first complete a transfer application. We will start calling for transfer students in March. https://www.chino.k12.ca.us/Page/21698

    If you are wanting your student to participate in our Dual Language Immersion Mandarin Program, you will need to complete an application first. If your student is selected, we will email you in the beginning of February. We will schedule individual registrations with those who are participating in the Mandarin Program. https://www.chino.k12.ca.us/site/Default.aspx?PageID=26655

    2. On January 15, we will have open registration from 12:30-3:30. After January 15, you will need to call to schedule a registration appointment.
    3. You will need to bring the following documents to your in-person registration, as well as the printed online registration form:

    Proof of Age

    Prior to admission of a first time student to transitional kindergarten, kindergarten or first grade, any one of the items listed below shall be presented to verify student's age:

    • Certified copy of birth record
    • Statement by the local registrar or county recorder certifying the date of birth
    • Baptism certificate duly attested
    • Passport
    • When none of the foregoing is obtainable, an affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor, or any other appropriate means of proving the age of the student

    Any one item listed below showing the name and address of the parent or legal guardian within the school district may be presented to establish residency:

    • Property tax payment receipt
    • Rental property contract, lease, or payment receipt
    • Utility service contract, statement, or payment receipt
    • Pay stub
    • Voter registration
    • Correspondence from a government agency
    • Declaration of residency executed by the student's parent or guardian/caregiver

    Immunization Requirements

    • Immunization records provided by the student’s healthcare provider or previous school administration
