• The School Counselor meets with each and every 8th grade student 1:1 to discuss the following:

    1) Grade Point Average (GPA)

    2) Course of Study - JR HS and HS classes 

    3) JR HS expectations/guidelines for 8th grade Promotion and End-of-Year activities

    4) Career Readiness and Exploration

    5) Private/Public college and university systems, and types of degrees offered

    6) HS and College Entrance Requirements (A-G)

    7) HS Profile and Options (Don Lugo or Chino HS)
