  • Class Change Request Form

    After reviewing the schedule for your student located through Aeries Parent Portal, if you wish to submit a change request, please use this form. Submit only one request per student. Place all changes on the one form. Please know that we will do our best to accommodate every request. We will honor academic level changes if space is available. Change requests will be allowed starting today 8/10/20 until Friday 8/14/20. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY TO REQUEST A CHANGE! You may not see a change until after August 17th, but will be notified at the email address you provide on the form if your request could not be accommodated. If you have any questions please contact Ramona administration; Ms. Gentry, Mr. Gumarang or Ms. Lopez.

    Per new mandates provided by CA Governor Gavin Newsom, all CVUSD students enrolled at a school on a traditional schedule will begin the 2020-2021 school year on a Distance Learning model (virtual) on Monday, August 10, 2020.   • Online Registration Now Available

    If you are the parent/guardian of a student(s) you would like to enroll for the first time at CVUSD, you can now do most of the enrollment online! Click on the "Read More" hyperlink below to begin the online enrollment process. School site personnel will then contact you regarding further registration requirements. If you are unable to access the Internet or if you need assistance with the enrollment process, contact your school site. If you are the parent/guardian of a current student at CVUSD, no action is necessary until you receive more instructions from your school site.

  • Data Confirmation and Verification Open on Aeries Parent Portal

    Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year!  We have transitioned to a near paperless registration. You will be utilizing your Aeries Parent Portal account to finalize registration documents.  Through your Aeries Parent Portal account, you will be able to finalize parent/guardian information, emergency card information, and registration documents. The Aeries Parent Portal is open for data confirmation and verification for continuing students in Chino Valley Unified School District. Please contact your school site if you are unable to access your AERIES Parent Portal.

  • Board of Education Meetings Move to 6 p.m. 

    Beginning Thursday, September 5, 2019, Board of Education meetings will begin at 6 p.m. in the boardroom at the District office. The change in time from 7 p.m. to 6 p.m. was approved during the August 15th BOE meeting. District neighbors and community leaders are invited to learn more about Board policies, meetings, and agenda items by visiting the Board of Education webpage.

  • P-EBT for CVUSD Families
    CVUSD students & families can get help to buy food during school closures. Most families that receive free or reduced meals may be eligible to receive up to $365 in food benefits through P-EBT. To learn more, please click HERE or visit ca.p-ebt.org.

  • Suicide Prevention Awareness Materials Now Available

    September may have been National Suicide Awareness Month, but protecting our your is a year-long focus. As of 2017, suicide is the second leading cause of death for people ages 10-34 in the U.S. To learn more on how to recognize and assist those in need, please click HERE to accesss Dr. Dianne Vargas's presentation presented at the February 5th Suicide Prevention Awareness Forum.

    CVUSD's HOPE Center offers Chino Valley families in need or crisis a safe and welcoming place to find assistance with food and clothing, hygiene supplies, Medi-Cal/Covered CA registration, housing information and so much more.
