    Dear Magnolia Parents & Guardians,
    The Aeries Parent Portal is a website that gives you access to your student's current grades, missing assignments, attendance, state test scores, progress reports, trimester report cards, and teacher email addresses. Starting summer 2020, you will also be able to register your student for the new school year via this parent portal. Registration is now called DATA CONFIRMATION. In order to have access to all of this information, you must first register for an account. Your portal account will remain activated until your student graduates from high school or moves out of our district (you do not need to re-register for a new account every year). You can also add all of your children to the same portal account.
    Note: Your portal username must be an email address that we have on file from your child's emergency contact card. If you would like to add an email address to your emergency contact card, please contact our attendance clerk (wendy_ovalle@chino.k12.ca.us).
    At the beginning of the school year (usually mid to late September) we distribute portal registration instructions (that look like this) with step-by-step instructions on how to registration for an Aeries Parent Portal account. Those instructions also provide you with specific information needed to set up your account like your student's permanent ID number and your student's verification passcode
    If you did not receive your child's ID # and verification passcode, please call or stop by the school office.
    IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE DATA CONFIRMATION PROCESS (formerly known as 'registration for the new school year'), YOU MUST LOG ON TO THE AERIES PARENT PORTAL.
