If you have forgotten your password for your Aeries Student Portal account, all you have to do is change the password. Please follow these step-by-step instructions that will show you how to change your password...

1). Go to the Aeries Student Portal login page (click on link below):

https://aeriesweb.chino.k12.ca.us/parent/LoginParent.aspx?page=default.aspx

2). You will see the following image, click on the "Forgot Password?" option.

 3). After you click on the "Forgot password?" option, you will be asked to enter/type your school email address (which will end in *******@stu.chino.k12.ca.us) and then click "Next." See example image below.

4). You will then receive an email message from Webmaster@chino.k12.ca.us with a link that will have you type a new password. This email with be sent to your school email account.

Your Aeries Student Portal password must include the following...

• At least 6 characters
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 upper-case letter
• At least 1 lower-case letter
• One special character (!@#$%, etc.)
